Frequently asked questions

What format is the download?
You get a CSV file that opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. Use “Import” or “Open with” from your spreadsheet app.
What do the columns mean?
Each column is labeled on the template page. They cover contact details, preferences, how they heard about you, deposit status, and flexible notes.
Will the app import this file later?
Structured columns are chosen so a future import flow can map them to CRM fields. For now, use the CSV as your system of record or bridge file.
